Just in time to ruin what’s left of your New Year’s resolution motivation,  one of the greatest ice cream companies in the world, Ben & Jerry’s, is thrilled to announce three new flavors to their collection; Oat of this Swirled, Urban Bourbon, and Truffle Kerfuffle.

Oat of this Swirled is the best version of an oatmeal cookie you could ever have. The buttery brown sugar ice cream base gets a dose of fudge flakes and actual chunks of cinnamon oatmeal cookies. Urban Bourbon, the second flavor, is made with burnt caramel ice cream and it has a mix of almonds, fudge flakes, and bourbon caramel swirls. Finally, Truffle Kerfuffle is a delicious combination of vanilla ice cream, roasted pecans, fudge flakes and a salted chocolate ganache swirl.

Urban Bourbon marks a Ben & Jerry’s first: The frozen treat will be the only ice cream with an alcohol base to join its permanent lineup. This won’t be the company’s first time getting boozy, though. In 2015, Ben & Jerry’s partnered with brewing company New Belgium to create its Salted Caramel Brownie limited-edition flavor, which appeared as an ice cream and a brown ale. Following a successful run, the ice cream makers partnered with the Colorado brewery again to debut their Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ale last fall.

All three flavors will be available in pints at retailers nationwide beginning mid-February.
